From Lisa Day's Local Review - May/June 2009
Fodder for the Foodie: This month I have decided to ask a viewer of this site for comments
on an area restaurant. Beth Stipe, Executive Director of the Community Foundation of NCW, is a food and beverage junkie – and
has a terrific palate. Beth recently dined at Andante in Chelan, and offered the following overview of her dining experience:
“The building is downtown and has been restored beautifully. Once inside the building you will find a cozy spot to dine, in a
lovely setting. There are white table clothes and an unbelievable wine list. The menu is diverse, offering dishes such as
home made pastas, rib eye steaks, pesto salmon, chicken picatta, and my favorite Tuscan stew. I have dined here twice, and
both times the food was perfectly prepared, and the service was impeccable. Andante also provides an excellent appetizer list.”

Thanks Beth!
