From Lisa Day's Local Review - February 2009 Business and Community Impressions: WOW ... in the last few days I have found two new locally owned restaurants getting ready to open, and one more that recently expanded its kitchen.
The Purple Locust is a Fusion/Asian restaurant opening in the new building on Springwater Street between Target and Albertson’s. It will feature martinis and upscale Asian food in a fun, intimate setting.

Camino Real Mariscos is a new seafood
restaurant and will open directly across the street from the Windmill.
La Bonne Terre (with its expanded kitchen)
has opened in Chateau Faire le Pont Winery. Located across from the Technology Center, it is open for lunch Wed-Sat and dinner on Saturday.
